What is hypnosis:

It uses the hypnotic trance, the simple shifting back and forth in the mind, a natural process that occurs every day-in order to create this relaxed suggestible state.

The practice of working with a client in an altered state of consciousness. Hypnotherapy is. a powerful way to access the source of a clients issues by accessing the subconscious mind. It is similar to intentionally marketing to our minds, being intentional in aligning our conscious and unconscious thoughts and feelings.
