Pre-teachings for Goal Setting
Are you the cause in your life or at the effect of things in your life? Do you experience results or excuses? Some times, we can’t always control what happens to us. But we can focus on our desires, our goals, our wants, our needs and go for the best possible outcome. We can learn about the things that motivates us and use our motivations to help us plan and organize our time. We can figure out how we feel about the things we have done.
We can learn from our experiences and be our own best teachers. We can learn from our thoughts, feelings and experiences, the things we are hearing, seeing and experiencing from others and make informed decisions moving forward. Some times, we can learn from our past and what we are moving away from. But it can also be much more motivating to be proactive in moving towards what we desire. What types of relationships do we want? With our selves? With our family, with our friends, with our loved ones?
