Time Line Therapy
Time line therapy allows people to resolve negative emotional issues from the past, helps break patterns that no longer serve you and clear limited beliefs that inhibit personal or professional development.
Time line Therapy is based on accessing the unconscious mind and the idea what we all have a unique arrangement of the past and future that forms a line.
We all store and code memories in our way and our past experiences determine who we are and our behavior. Our actions are guided by decisions and experiences that we have made in the past. Our decisions are stored in the time line and we can gain access to them.
Insights gained from time line therapy have a far reaching effect on your life. You can gain new points of view on issues that have bothered you for decades. Then can help you discover what you need to move on from anger, sadness, fear, hurt and shame.
For lesbian, bi and queer women, this can involve letting go of triggers of anger towards those who have hurt us, of heartbreak, of fear of rejection, harsh experiences we have had in coming out, homophobia, sexism, etc. We may still experience such things, but we can respond in the moment rather than react based on our past.
We can also set goals in our future so that we don’t avoid expressing our feelings, rushing into commitments and being hesitant to move on with our lives when a relationship is no longer working for us.
